MY APPROACH

I help people understand that their thoughts, emotions and behaviours are more affected by whether or not they are feeling at ease or stressed.

When people realize this, they don't have to take their thoughts as seriously, and can use strategies to manage their overwhelm and triggers, and come back to a place of empowered calm, where emotions are less intense, allowing them to think more clearly.
