My rate is $160+HST per 50 minute session.

Individual Psychotherapy - 60 Minutes [60 min] ($160.00).

Individual Psychotherapy - 90 minutes [60 min] ($240.00).

Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) - Digital Home Access with ongoing therapist coaching - 30 days [10 min] (email for updated pricing).

Initial Consultation 20min - phone or video (free) [20 min] ($0.00).

Are your services covered by insurance?

I provide electronic receipts through my office management portal Noustalk, and all of my licensing information that you need for insurance reimbursement will be on the receipt. Please ensure you have verified your coverage for Registered Psychotherapist, if you are using an extended health insurance plan.
